Ingredients: Astragalus membranaceus, Angelica sinesis, Notopterygium incisium Ting, Cinnamon twigs, Turmeric Rhizome, Xie shao, Dang ji, Taiwanese sweetgum fruit, E ling tian, Brassica alba boissier, Tang qiao, Citrus deliciosa Tenore.

Indication: Pain and stiffness in the neck, nape of neck (occipital), shoulders, scapula, arms, and numbness in the hands and fingers. Headache, frozen shoulders, stiff neck, tingly or stiff hands.

Instruction: Chew and swallow 1 ball each time, 3-4 times a day (depending on severity), drink with small amount of wine or warm water.

Avoid: Beef, eggplant and seafood.
