When do we ship?
Orders placed Monday-Friday (excluding Wednesday), before 2PM EST, will ship the same day. Orders placed Monday-Friday after 2PM will ship the next business day. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will ship on Monday.
When will your order arrive?
Your product will arrive in 3-10 business days.
How do you ship?
All Packages will ship via United Parcel Service (UPS) or USPS depending on location.
What are the shipping costs for my domestic shipment?
Each package will vary in price depending on its weight and destination and calculated at check out.
Can you get your order faster?
You can chose UPS 2-day, 3-day, 1-day, or UPS Air Saver to get your order faster. You will be responsible for the extra charges.
Do you ship outside of the Unites States?
Our ability to ship internationally depends largely on ease of customs and import processing. Currently, we can ship to Canada, Australia, Vietnam.

Product Pricing and Exchange Rates:
All prices listed are in U.S. dollars. When you pay by credit card, the credit card company will calculate the exchange rate and include it in your monthly statement.
NOTE: You must provide a street address for shipping. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes internationally.
International Shipping Fees, Import Duties and Taxes:
- All International shipments will be charged postage costs calculated by weight and destination.
- Import Taxes: HoaDaHerbs' prices do not include customs fees, taxes and tariffs. You may have to pay import taxes, customs duty, etc. These charges are separate from your shipping charge, and you will be billed directly for them.
- Customers outside of the United States may be subject to customs fees and/or import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.
- You, the customer, are solely responsible for any additional customs clearance fees; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
- It is your responsibility to make sure that you are allowed to import nutritional supplements from the U.S.
If the package(s) is returned to us because of an address error made by the customer, the customer refuses the package or the items ordered are not allowed into the country by customs, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost billed to HoaDaHerbs for the return of the package. If the UPS return to shipper cost is greater than the cost of the goods ordered, HoaDaHerbs will instruct UPS to abandon the order, there will be no credit to the customer for the order. If the package is stopped by customs because items ordered are not allowed in the country and the package is abandoned, there will be no credit to the customer for the order.
Domestic Returns / Exchanges:
Please contact us at 281-495-0268 for instructions on returns for refunds or exchanges. Herbal products can only be returned or exchanged unopened and before 7 days after purchase. We regretfully do not accept any returns or exchanges after 7 days, or if the products are opened, due to US health regulation codes.
Can I ship to an address other than my own?
Yes, you can. If ordering online, you will have the option of entering a separate shipping address. If ordering over the phone, you can just let the customer service associate know that you want to ship your order somewhere else.
